Introduction
This Legal Center provides a plain-English summary of key policies for RevReels. It is for convenience only and does not replace the legally binding Terms of Service and Privacy & Cookies Notice. If there is any conflict, the Terms and Privacy Notice control.
For questions or legal notices, contact [email protected].
1) The Basics
RevReels helps you turn listing photos into video clips and compiled videos using automated tools (including AI). You can edit timelines, change music, add branding, and export finished videos for download and sharing across marketing and social channels.
Certain features or capabilities may change or include reasonable usage limits to maintain service performance and reliability.
2) Credits (How Pricing Works)
RevReels may be offered through subscription plans that include recurring credit allocations and through one-time credit purchases. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed in the Service or at checkout.
Each generated clip may include one free regeneration. Additional regenerations may require additional credits.
- 1 credit = 1 image-to-video clip generation.
- Credits are used only when you generate a new clip.
Most edits do not use credits, including:
- re-ordering clips in the timeline
- changing music
- adding text/logos/branding
- re-rendering a compiled video
- exporting finished videos
Credits never expire (while your account exists)
Credits do not expire while your account remains active and in good standing, unless otherwise required by law or disclosed at purchase.
If your account is deleted, unused credits are forfeited.
All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized merchant of record. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
You may request a refund within 14 days of your transaction date. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Paddle. Buyers in certain regions may have additional statutory refund or withdrawal rights as detailed in Paddle's Buyer Terms.
To request a refund, visit https://paddle.net.
If a refund is issued, credits and access associated with the refunded transaction will be revoked. If you delete your account, any remaining credits are forfeited.
3) Your Uploads and Your Outputs
Your uploads
You own the content you upload (like listing photos and branding assets). You must have the rights and permissions to use it.
Your outputs
You generally own the videos and clips you generate, but:
- you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with MLS rules, advertising rules, and platform policies;
- we cannot guarantee outputs are unique or free from third-party claims.
4) AI and Third-Party Providers
We do not currently plan to use your uploads or outputs to train our own general-purpose AI models.
However, RevReels relies on third-party APIs and infrastructure providers. We cannot guarantee that those providers will not use submitted data for their own service improvement or model training under their terms.
If you require strict guarantees about training or downstream use, you should not upload content to the Service.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving generated outputs before using them in marketing, advertising, or public distribution.
5) Storage, Downloads, and Deletion
Download your outputs
You are responsible for downloading and backing up outputs you want to keep.
Retention after account deletion
If your account is deleted, we may retain uploads and outputs for up to 90 days, then delete them, subject to legal obligations and technical limitations.
Deleting outputs on active accounts
To manage storage and operating costs, we may delete or remove access to outputs (including rendered videos) after a period of time even if your account remains active. Credits remain available as described above, but storing outputs indefinitely is not guaranteed.
Downloading or exporting an output does not guarantee long-term storage or hosting availability inside the Service.
6) What You Can't Do (Acceptable Use)
You may not use RevReels to:
- break the law or violate advertising/MLS/platform rules;
- infringe copyright, trademarks, or privacy/publicity rights;
- upload content you don't have permission to use;
- create deceptive or misleading property media (including misrepresenting property features);
- harass, defame, or invade privacy;
- scrape, reverse engineer, or attack the Service; or
- distribute malware or harmful code.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
7) Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on RevReels infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with:
- the copyrighted work you own;
- the material you believe is infringing (and where it appears);
- your contact info;
- a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
We may remove content and may terminate repeat infringers.
