Refund Policy

All purchases on RevReels, including credit purchases and subscription payments, are processed by Paddle, our authorized merchant of record. Paddle handles all refund requests in accordance with their Refund Policy.

You may request a refund within 14 days of your transaction date. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Paddle. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee a refund.

Buyers in certain regions have statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights that may provide additional protections, including:

• EU / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom: 14-day statutory right to withdraw.
• Turkey / Israel: 14-day statutory right to withdraw.
• South Korea / Brazil / China / Canada: 7-day right to cancel.
• Singapore: 5-day right to cancel.

To request a refund, visit https://paddle.net or use the "View receipt" link in your purchase confirmation email.

If a refund is issued, RevReels will revoke credits and access associated with the refunded transaction. Any Outputs generated using refunded credits may no longer be available.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. To cancel, visit https://paddle.net or use the link in your subscription confirmation email.
